唾液睾酮反映了血循环中的具有生物活性的游离睾酮水平,其取样方便,对受试者无损伤,且与血睾酮的变化平行,可反映血睾酮的即时变化,因而在体育科研中有着广泛的应用前景。在参阅了有关唾液睾酮研究方面的文献的基础上,提出了这一指标在体育科研中的应用价值;阐述了影响唾液睾酮含量的一些因素;同时结合我们近些年的有关工作,介绍了唾液睾酮的氚标记放免测定方法及体会。
