表征了废轮胎热解炭黑(CBp)与炭黑N550的差异,并将两者并用填充到SBR中,考察其对SBR各项性能的影响。结果表明,CBp中灰分含量远高于炭黑N550,统计吸附比表面积相近,但结构度低。随着CBp用量的增大,胶料焦烧时间和正硫化时间明显缩短,挤出半成品表面变得粗糙,硫化胶拉伸性能、撕裂性能下降幅度很小,定伸应力下降,耐磨性变差;0℃tanδ值逐渐减小,60℃tanδ值变化不明显。
The difference between CBP and carbon black N550 was characterized, and the two were used to fill the SBR, and the effect on SBR performance was investigated. The results showed that the content of ash in CBp was much higher than that of carbon black N550, and the specific surface area was similar but the degree of structure was low.
