沿着靠投资、粗口拉动经济的老路走到黑,不突破不创新便是死路一条,政府建设也是如此。本文通过研究美国政府在创新型国家建设中的作用,辩证的看待中国创新型政府建设问题,以实现“中国梦”为目的,以建设创新型国家为战略指引,研究如何建设创新型政府。
