近年来的研究发现,肺也是药物代谢的重要器官,且是药物损害的主要靶器官之一。凡药物所致肺部系统损害称为药源性肺病。随着临床大剂量用药、长疗程用药、多种药联用的日渐增多和新特药的大量涌现,药源性肺病呈显著上升趋势,应当引起人们的高度重视。
Recent studies have found that lungs are also important organs for drug metabolism and are one of the major target organs for drug damage.
