政府决策过程的重要基础在于高效的政府信息资源管理,政府信息资源管理的质量也直接影响着政府决策的效果。在分析信息层面的政府决策过程的基础上,提出基于政府决策的政府信息资源生命周期管理模型,并指出加强政府信息资源生命周期管理的微观与宏观措施。
The important basis of government decision-making process lies in the efficient management of government information resources. The quality of government information resources management also directly affects the effect of government decision-making. On the basis of analyzing the decision-making process of government information at the information level, this paper proposes a model of life cycle management of government information resources based on government decision-making and points out the micro and macro measures to strengthen the management of the life cycle of government information resources.
