用热重分析法采用不同升温速率研究了六种煤样的TG,DTG,DTA及T曲线,用基辛格法计算得到不同煤燃烧反应的活化能,该值的大小与挥发分及灰分含量的比值的变化趋势基本相同.研究了同生矿物和后生矿物对煤着火和燃烧的不同影响.同时发现在用比表面分析法得到的吸附等温曲线及比表面积、平均孔径和体积等数据与热重分析、矿物质分析数据间可建立合理的关联.提出评价煤燃烧反应特性时应综合考虑燃烧反应前提条件──氧气与碳充分接触,以及化学反应本质──碳反应的活化能.
The TG, DTG, DTA and T curves of six coal samples were studied by thermogravimetric analysis at different heating rates. The activation energies of different coal combustion reactions were calculated by Kissinger method. The values of the values of volatility and ash content The ratio of the change trend is basically the same. The effects of syngenetic and epigenetic minerals on the ignition and combustion of coal were studied. At the same time, it is found that the adsorption isotherms and the specific surface area, average pore diameter and volume obtained by the specific surface analysis method can establish a reasonable correlation with the thermogravimetric analysis and the mineral analysis data. Proposed evaluation of coal combustion reaction characteristics should take into account the combustion reaction preconditions ─ ─ full access to oxygen and carbon, and the nature of the chemical reaction ─ ─ carbon reaction activation energy.
