目的观察凋亡抑制基因Survivin在子宫内膜异位症中的表达,探讨其表达的意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测异位内膜组(40例)、在位内膜组(40例)及正常内膜组(20例)中Survivin蛋白的表达水平。结果 Survivin的阳性表达位于腺上皮细胞的细胞核或细胞浆,异位内膜组阳性表达分别高于在位内膜组、正常内膜组(P<0.05),在位内膜组阳性表达高于正常内膜组(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin在子宫内膜异位组表达明显增高,Survivin可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生密切相关。
Objective To observe the expression of Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis, in endometriosis and to explore its significance. Methods The expression of Survivin in eutopic endometrium (40 cases), eutopic endometrium (40 cases) and normal endometrium (20 cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of Survivin was located in the nucleus or cytoplasm of glandular epithelial cells. The positive expression of Survivin in eutopic endometrium group was higher than that in eutopic endometrium group and normal endometrium group (P <0.05) Normal endometrium group (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of Survivin in endometriosis group is significantly higher than that of Survivin, which may be closely related to the occurrence of endometriosis.
