调节性T细胞(regalatorg Tcell,Treg)是体内一类具有免疫调节功能的特殊T细胞群,根据其产生和表型分为不同的亚群,与系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的发生和进展密切相关。文中对不同Treg亚群的特征、作用及其与SLE发病机制的关系做一综述。
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are a group of special T cells with immunomodulatory function in vivo. They are divided into different subgroups according to their production and phenotype. They are associated with the expression of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) The occurrence and progress are closely related. This review summarizes the features, roles of different Treg subsets and their relationship with the pathogenesis of SLE.
