本文阐述了把武警应急经济保障纳入国民经济动员的必要性,并从现实机制、理论基础以及实战案例三个方面分析其可行性。最后,分别从机构设置、人员职责、法律法规保障和警地协同四个方面构建了基于国民经济动员的武警应急经济保障机制。
This article expounds the necessity of including the emergency economic security of armed police in the mobilization of the national economy and analyzes its feasibility from three aspects: the realistic mechanism, the theoretical basis and the actual combat case. Finally, the mechanism of emergency economic security for armed police based on mobilization of national economy was constructed from four aspects: institutional setting, personnel responsibility, protection of laws and regulations and coordination of police and police.
