根据某工程的需要,我们对一种在低温、高压和弯曲应力状态下长期工作的合金钢大型薄板进行了机加工后的消除应力回火工艺试验研究。该薄板是经轧制成材的,在调质状态下使用。材料性能为σ_b>90kgf/mm~2、α_k17kgf·m/cm~2;毛坯尺寸为10000×1000×45mm,最终加工到10000×1000×20mm,并在其上钻孔、攻丝;最终加工后,板的平直度不应超过0.08mm/m;加工过程为粗刨→钻孔、攻丝→精刨→磨加工。
According to the needs of a project, we conducted a stress-relief tempering test of a large-size alloy steel plate that has been working for a long time under low temperature, high pressure and bending stress.
