中国实行改革开放已经36年了。经过36年持续快速的发展,如今的中国已经进入了社会矛盾凸显期。对于社会发展中一些突出的矛盾和问题,人们议论纷纷。有人把中国经济社会现在出现的一些严重问题,归结为邓小平设计的错误。这是对邓小平改革发展理念和思路的误解或误读。这里,我想重点就两个问题谈谈个人的一些认识。一有一种说法:邓小平在上世纪80年代中期提出“发展太慢也不是社会主义”的思想观点,反映出他的老年心态,经济上急于求成,过分强调高速度,
China has implemented reform and opening up for 36 years. After 36 years of sustained and rapid development, China today has entered a period of prominent social conflicts. There are many people talking about some outstanding contradictions and problems in social development. Some people attributed some of the serious problems now occurring in China’s economy and society to the mistakes made by Deng Xiaoping. This is a misunderstanding or misunderstanding of Deng Xiaoping’s ideas and ideas for reform and development.
