儒家道德文化对中国现代企业危机管理有着很重要的影响。本文旨在通过“活熊取胆”事件案例研究儒家道德文化对中国企业危机管理的启发,帮助中国企业正确地进行危机事件管理。
Confucian moral culture has a very important influence on the crisis management of modern Chinese enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to explore the enlightenment of Confucian ethics and culture on the crisis management of Chinese enterprises through the case study of “Living Bears and Galls” to help Chinese enterprises correctly manage crisis events.
