针对当前有缆海洋深潜器承重头不能在极端情况时抛弃深潜器从而保护铠装复合缆的的缺陷,提出一种新型承重头结构。新机构动力源为电机,经过V带和丝杆螺母的传动将螺纹传动销轴旋出承重头,使承重头断开来保护铠装复合缆。运用有限元技术进行结构分析,结果表明正常工作时承重头的最小安全系数为2.5445,最大变形为0.01325 mm,完全满足承重头的自保护性能,为我国有缆深海潜器的发展提供一种新思路。
Aiming at the defect that cable bearing can not abandon the submersible in the extreme situation and protect the composite cable, the paper proposes a new bearing structure. The new body power source for the motor, through the V-belt and screw-nut drive screw thread drive shaft out of the bearing head, the load-bearing head disconnected to protect the armored composite cable. The finite element analysis of the structure shows that the minimum safety factor of the load-bearing head is 2.5445 and the maximum deformation is 0.01325 mm in normal operation, which fully satisfies the self-protection of the load-bearing head and provides a new type of cable- Ideas.
