在相当长时期内,粮食安全问题将始终是牵动我国经济发展和社会稳定的重大问题。党中央和国务院始终把国家粮食安全放在“三农”工作的首位,因此,一直以来采取良种补贴、综合直补等各种措施促进农民种粮积极性。塔城市是国家重要的商品粮基地之一,常年小麦平均种植面积维持在2200 hm2以上。为了充分挖掘小麦增产潜力,塔城市通过实施小麦新品种、新技术的引进,整合集成传统小麦高产栽培技术,建立高产攻关田及示范区等措施,极大地提高了小麦整体生产水平,对推动小麦产业持续稳定发展起到了积极的示范带动作用。
