目的:分别划分野生和栽培秦艽商品规格及等级。方法:描述药材外部性状,借助专家传统鉴别经验划分商品规格,运用游标卡尺和软尺测量秦艽根的芦下直径和根长,通过SPSS的K-均值聚类,划分商品等级。结果:共划分出6个商品规格及相应的等级,野生萝卜艽一等和二等;野生麻花艽一等和二等;野生小秦艽一等和二等;栽培萝卜艽一等、二等和三等;栽培麻花艽一等和二等;栽培小秦艽一等和二等。结论:该方法科学有效,为秦艽的市场流通及进一步的质量评价提供了理论依据。
Purpose: Divide wild and cultivated Gentiana commodity specifications and grades respectively. Methods: Describing the external characters of medicinal materials, dividing the product specifications by the expert’s traditional discriminating experience, using the caliper and the soft ruler to measure the diameter and root length of the reed rhizome, and classifying the product by K-means clustering by SPSS. Results: A total of 6 product specifications and corresponding grades were assigned to wild radish 艽 first and second; wild 麻 艽 艽 first and second class; wild 秦 艽 艽 first and second class; cultivated radish 艽 first class, second class and second class Third, cultivation of first-rate and second-rate cannabis; cultivation of small Qin 艽 first and second class. Conclusion: This method is scientific and effective, which provides a theoretical basis for market circulation and further quality evaluation of Qinhuangdao.
