1992年5月11日莺歌海合同区的中方和合同者方有关领导和专家在湛江石油基地讨论了崖13-1气田开发有关事宜。确定将于1996年1月1日正式向香港和海南省供气,并通过了作业者递交的崖13-1气田开发技术方案。双方一致认为:崖13-1气田储量的确定、开发方案和工程设施的选择、钻井和完井设计方案均是有科学依据、合理且可行的,待报中国政府审批后实施。
On May 11, 1992, relevant leaders and experts from China and contractor parties in the Yinggehai Contract Area discussed the development of the Yaxia-13-1 gas field at Zhanjiang Petroleum Base. It is confirmed that on January 1, 1996, it will officially supply gas to Hong Kong and Hainan Province and passed the technical proposal for the development of Yag13-1 gas field submitted by operators. The two sides agreed that the determination of reserves of Y13-1-1 gas field, the selection of development plans and construction facilities, and the design of drilling and completion plans are all scientific, reasonable and feasible to be implemented after the approval of the Chinese government.
