对研究区集体林权流转情况进行了实地调查,综合分析了豫西北地区集体林权流转当前的特点,提出促进林权流转有序健康发展的对策。
The field investigation of the collective forest tenure transfer in the study area was conducted. The current characteristics of the collective forest tenure transfer in the northwestern Henan were comprehensively analyzed, and some countermeasures were proposed to promote the orderly and healthy development of the tenure.
