芜花系瑞香科植物Daphen Genlewa Siebet zucc的全草。本草纲目记载有催生去胎作用。我院在学习兄弟医院经验的基础上,于1976年12月试制“芫花引产注射液”羊膜腔注入用于中期妊娠引产1617例次,其有效率达98.8%。关于芫花注射液羊膜腔注入后对产妇及胎儿的临床反应,在注射0.2克后引起宫缩的时间,经产妇平均时间为33小时55分,初产妇平均时间为33小时42分。从有规律宫缩到胎儿娩出的时间,初产妇平均为30小时31分,经产妇平均为21小时40分。胎儿娩出后仍有神经反射存在以及轻微的心跳呼吸现象。至于胎盘于显
