目前,医疗纠纷、医患矛盾是社会的一大热点话题,医务人员遭受暴力伤害事件屡有发生,医院的正常医疗秩序得不到保障,医疗行业、医务人员的社会声誉明显下降。部分新闻媒体为了追求轰动效应,热衷于报道医疗纠纷。但是由于媒体的这种报道大多是在不了解事实真相的情况下进行片面的报道,并且这些报道多是单纯的偏向患者一方,“妖魔化”医务人员,使医院面临强大的社会舆论压力,给目前较为紧张的医患关系带来恶劣影响。
