小青矿是在1984年12月15日投产的一对高沼气矿井,年设计能力120万 t,现已超过设计能力,年产达到160万 t。投产以来近三年内,先后发生了皮带机着火事故和瓦斯爆炸事故。为了认真吸取这两起重大伤亡事故教训,扭转安全被动局面,矿强化了安全管理,健全和完善各级干部安全生产责任制及职能部门的业务保安制,百日安全活动等。进一步推广应用现代化安全系统工程评价及预则,并采取综合措施予以控制,从而达到最佳安全状态。
Xiaoqing Mine is a pair of high-biogas mines that were put into operation on December 15, 1984 with an annual design capacity of 1.2 million tons and now exceeds design capacity with an annual output of 1.6 million tons. In the past three years since it was put into production, accidents of belt conveyors and gas explosions have occurred successively. In order to conscientiously learn the lessons of these two major casualties and reverse the passive situation of security, the mine has strengthened safety management, perfected and improved the work safety system and the 100-day security activities of the responsibility system for work safety at all levels and the functional departments. To further promote the application of modern safety systems engineering evaluation and forecast, and take comprehensive measures to be controlled, so as to achieve the best security status.
