慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)是起源于多能干细胞的恶性血液病染色体核型分析对 CML 的诊断、预后和发病机制的探讨都具有重要的价值。Ph 染色体是 CML 的标志性染色体,95%的 CML 有该染色体。约5%CML 可有变异的 Ph 染色体,形态上将其分为简单型和复杂型。迄今文献中已报道伴变异易位的 CML 逾300例。国内亦有相关报道。但对伴复杂变异易位的 CML 报道不多。现将我院近十年来伴复杂变异易位的25例 CML 患者的分析结果报告如下。病例和方法1 病例25例 CML 均为1995至2005在我院就诊的门诊或住院患者,男18例,女7例;年龄17~74岁,年龄分布:10
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a malignant hematological disease that originates from pluripotent stem cells. Chromosome karyotyping is of great value in the diagnosis, prognosis and pathogenesis of CML. The Ph chromosome is a hallmark of CML and 95% of CML has this chromosome. About 5% of CML may have mutated Ph chromosomes, morphologically divided into simple and complex type. To date, more than 300 CMLs with variant translocations have been reported in the literature. There are also domestic reports. However, there are few reports on CML with complicated mutation. Now in our hospital with complex variant translocation in 25 cases of CML analysis of the results reported below.
