根据当前国内外经济发展形势和湖北省经济运行态势,我们对湖北经济在“十五”期间的基本走势进行初步分析预测,并提出若干对策建议,供研究参考.一、“十五”时期湖北的经济走势分析从改革开放20多年来湖北省经济运行的发展状况以及当前国内外经济发展态势看,我们认为“十五”时期的湖北经济将有一个持续快速发展的良好局面,如能把握机遇、做好工作、狠抓落实,湖北在全国的经济位次可望进入前5名.其依据是:
