马克思主义历来认为,人是生产力中最活跃并起决定性作用的因素。因此,建设和造就一支与国民经济、社会发展相适应的结构合理的现代化的人才队伍,是社会发展战略任务之一。档案事业亦是如此。建国四十余年来,我国已建立起一支初具规模的档案队伍,这支队伍具有良好的服务思想、扎实的工作作风、忘我的献身精神和丰富的实践经验,在我国的社会主义建设事业中起了重要的作用,但它还不能完全适应我国国民经济和现代科学技术发展的需要,主要问题在于总体素质不高、结构不合理、队伍不稳定。如何加强档案队伍的建设,以适应档案事业发展的需要,是档案事业发展战略研究内容之一。

This team has a good service concept, a solid working style, devotion to devotion and rich practical experience. In our country’s socialist construction Business has played an important role, but it still can not fully meet the needs of our national economy and the development of modern science and technology. The main problems lie in the low overall quality, the irrational structure and the unstable team. How to strengthen the construction of archives team to meet the needs of the development of archives is one of the research contents of archival career development strategy.
