This article compared the effects of the dopaminergic drugs Sulpiride racemic (100mg), dextromethorphan (50mg), and levamisole (50mg) on gastric acid and gastrin secretion in healthy individuals. 42 healthy volunteers (27 males and 15 females) with an average age of 40 (24-53 years). 21 of them were divided into three groups to observe changes of gastric acid secretion after medication. The other 21 patients were divided into three groups Effect on gastrin secretion. Gastric acid was quantified with 0.1 M NaOH and gastrin was measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that sulpiride and levocerexate gastric acid secretion had no significant effect, its right-handed body can significantly reduce gastric acid secretion (basal gastric acid secretion decreased by 50%, pentagastrin-induced gastric acid secretion decreased by 35% ). Starved serum gastrin levels were unchanged after treatment, but with racemic and levorotatory
