为进一步探讨乳癌手术皮瓣厚薄、皮肤切口距肿瘤缘距离与胸壁复发的关系，近年来我们在这方面作了一些临床研究。现将我院1993年以来所作乳癌手术，就其中资料完整并得到随访的56例作一分析。临床资料本组56例均系女性，年龄25～70岁，平均45．8岁，肿瘤位于左侧32例，右侧24例
In order to further explore the relationship between the thickness of surgical flaps of breast cancer, the distance between the skin incision and the margin of the tumor, and the recurrence of chest wall, we have made some clinical studies in this regard in recent years. The breast cancer surgery performed since 1993 in our hospital has been analyzed for 56 cases with complete data and follow-up. Clinical data The 56 patients in this group were all females, aged 25 to 70 years, with an average of 45.8 years. The tumors were located in the left side in 32 cases and the right side in 24 cases.
