在刚召开过的党的十六大,确定我国要全面建设小康社会。全面建设小康社会,离不开建设系统的建设者们,住宅设施生产企业是建设系统中的重要成员,实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,需要住宅设施生产企业责无旁贷地付出自己的力量和智慧。更让建设系统的建设者们备感欣喜的是,党的十六大首次提出了走中国特色的城镇化道路,坚持大中小城市和小城镇协调发展,小城镇发展要有重点。这为包括住宅设施生产企业在内的建设系统应对城镇化高潮到来的挑战,积极推进中国特色、健康有序、可持续发展的城镇化指明了新的航向。
At the 16th CPC National Congress just held, we must make sure that China needs to build an overall well-to-do society. To build a moderately prosperous society in all its aspects is inseparable from the builders of the construction system. The production facilities of residential facilities are an important member of the construction system. To achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects requires the responsibility of residential facilities manufacturers to pay their own strength and wisdom. Even more joyous for the builders of the construction system was that for the first time the party’s 16th National Congress proposed the road to urbanization with Chinese characteristics and insisted on the coordinated development of medium, small and medium-sized cities and small towns with a focus on the development of small towns. This is a challenge for the construction system that includes residential facilities manufacturers to meet the climax of urbanization. Active promotion of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, healthy, orderly and sustainable development indicates a new direction.
