In order to promote the improvement of the quality of periodicals in our province as a whole and strengthen the awareness of periodical workers as a quality product, according to the requirements of “strengthening management, optimizing structure and improving quality” put forward by the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on press and publication, Ministry of Communications, Gansu Provincial Press and Publication Bureau, Gansu Institute of Publishers Association Journal Research Association in March this year to May jointly conducted the province’s second social science journal rating work.
