通过对消防行政强制执行的内容、法律依据、法律原则及所遵循的法律程序等进行深入研究。结合新颁布的《中华人民共和国行政强制法》,并根据当前的执法现状,分析了我国消防行政强制执行中存在的问题,提出了在完善和修订法规的基础上,细化消防强制执行程序和建立专业强制执行队伍,并通过转变执法角度、不断创新执法手段等措施,以确保公民合法权益在消防行政强制执行过程中不受或少受损害,树立消防行政强制主体良好的执法形象。
Through the fire administrative enforcement of the content, legal basis, legal principles and the legal process followed by in-depth study.
