忽視培養工農知識份子的光榮任務是立場問題

工農速成中學的目的,是爲了培養優秀的工農幹部,使他們成爲新型知識份子,成爲建設我們國家的重要骨幹,這是我們人民教育工作中一項很重要的政治任務。史達林同志曾強調指出:「工人階級應當造就它自己的生産技術智識界,即能維護它這個統治階級在生産中的利益的生産技術智識界。」(史達林:「列寧主義問題」四五九頁)我們應該十分注意史達林同志的這一指示,應該重視培養工農幹部這一嚴肅任務。中央人民政府教育部不只設立了工農速成中學,並決定把它附設在高等學校,這是爲了使它的課程能與高等學校密切銜接,以便學生畢業後直接升入各類高等學校,這樣就可以逐漸改變高等學校底學生成份,使高等學校確實向工農開門。因此,各級教育行政機關和高等學校底行政領導必須把工農速成中學的工作,看作重要的工作部分,不應有任何忽視或歧視,這是十分明顯的 The purpose of the workers ’and peasants’ high schools is to train outstanding cadres of workers and peasants so that they will become new intellectuals and become an important backbone for building our country.
