用苦丁茶饲养家兔60d，通过尿检查，血肌酐及尿素氮测定，肾组织病理学观察，结果显示尿蛋白＋～＋＋＋，部分血肌酐、尿素氮异常，出现间质性肾炎的病理学改变。表明用苦丁茶长期饲养家兔可致间质性肾炎。
The rabbits were fed with Kuding tea for 60 days. Urine examination, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were measured, and renal histopathological observation showed that urinary protein + - +++. Part of the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were abnormal. The pathology of interstitial nephritis appeared. change. Shows that long-term use of Kuding tea can cause interstitial nephritis in rabbits.
