徐州市自实施“学讲计划”以来,充分落实了学生的主体地位,以遵循学生认知和发展规律,将“学进去”“讲出来”作为学生的学习要求和学习方式。以学生“学进去”的成就感和“教别人”的表现欲,满足每一位学生认知及自我实现的需要。在学讲课堂上,人人都有自我表现的机会和条件,彼此尊重,共同分享成功的快乐,使每个学生进一步发现自我,认识自我,真正成为“学讲”课堂的小主人。
