本文用生态经济观点,对该地区生态建设的现状及林业建设的几个问题,阐述一些粗浅的看法,以供决策参考。一、白城地区农业结构及生态经济现状该地区位于吉林省西部偏北,总面积4.7万平方公里,辖白城(市),洮安、镇赉、大安、乾安、前郭、通榆、长岭、扶余等九个市县。人口近400万,其中农业人口约300万。本区属于半湿润,半干旱过渡性地带。土壤瘠薄,年降水量400毫米左右,蒸发量约为降水量的3倍,基本上是十年九旱。
In this paper, from the point of view of ecological economy, this paper expounds some superficial opinions on the status quo of ecological construction in the region and some problems of forestry construction for reference of decision-making. I. The Agricultural Structure and Eco-economic Status in Baicheng Region The area is located in the north of Jilin Province, with a total area of 47,000 square kilometers. Baicheng City, Baian, Zhen’an, Daan, Qian’an, Qian Guo, Tongyu and Changling Fuyu and other nine cities and counties. The population of nearly 4000000, of which about 3000000 agricultural population. The area belongs to semi-humid, semi-arid transitional zone. Soil infertility, the annual rainfall of about 400 mm, the evaporation is about three times the precipitation, basically nine years of drought ten years.
