抗癌药物联用可增加药物杀伤癌细胞的协同作用,减少或延缓耐药性等优越性已为人所稔知。但抗癌药物的组配法各家报道不一,且抗癌药物组配局部用药进行疗效比较观察报道甚少。本文用阿霉素(ADM)加丝裂霉素(MMC)与ADM加MMC和顺氯胺铂(CDDP)两种组配法。对34例肝癌作了一次肝动脉灌注化疗和栓塞治疗的疗效比较观察。现将结果报道如下:
The combination of anti-cancer drugs can increase the synergy of drugs to kill cancer cells, reduce or delay the superiority of resistance has been known. However, there are various reports on the combination of anticancer drugs, and there have been few reports comparing the efficacy of anticancer drugs with local drugs. This article uses adriamycin (ADM) plus mitomycin (MMC) and ADM plus MMC and cisplatin platinum (CDDP) two combinations. A comparative study of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization was performed on 34 cases of liver cancer. The results are reported below:
