有经验的教练员特别注重运动员训练后的恢复。提高运动成绩除了正确的训练方法和手段外,还需要特别注意训练后疲劳的恢复。笔者通过近几年的实践,在查阅相关文献的基础上,总结出青少年投掷运动员训练后疲劳产生的原因及恢复方法。一、疲劳产生的原因众所周知,疲劳的产生是一个复杂的过程。运动机能是由运动中枢支配的,运动中枢兴奋性越高,其反映就越敏捷,因而运动机能的水平就越高。人在运动中的每一个动作都是由相应的肌肉工作做出的,而肌肉的做功是由运动中枢指挥的。当人体经过一定的负荷量后,机体的某一部位感到运动迟缓、发重时,正是运动中枢神经疲劳出现的抑制反映。当运动员产生疲劳时,其大致表现为:反映迟缓,注意力不集中,肌肉运动知觉和准确的节奏感、速度感、距离感以及空
