强直性脊柱炎属结缔组织的血清阴性反应疾病 ,病变不仅累及脊柱 ,常同时向下蔓延 ,波及两髋 ,导致不可耐受的疼痛或骨性强直 ,严重影响行走和活动。施行全髋置换术是目前公认的有效的治疗方法。我们总结了 1992年元月至 2 0 0 0年元月 2 8例 (35髋 )获得随访的强直性脊柱炎施行
