本文报告４２例皮层动脉脑梗塞（ＣＡＩ）、７０例穿通动脉脑梗塞（ＰＡＩ）与同龄健康对照组５１例的血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白Ａ－Ｉ（ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ）、ａｐｏＢ含量的变化。结果显示：ＣＡＩＧ男女ＴＧ水平、ＴＣ／ＨＤＬ－ｃ比值、ＣＡＩＧ女ＬＤＬ－ｃ／ＨＤＬ－ｃ比值显著高于ＰＡＩＧ（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＣＡＩＧ男女ＨＤＬ－ｃ、ＨＤＬｅ－ｃ、ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ水平及ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ比值显著低于ＰＡＩＧ（Ｐ＜０．００１～０．０５）。ＣＡＩＧ男女ＴＣ、ＨＤＬ３－ａ、ＬＤＬ－ｃ、ａｐｏＢ水平，ＣＡＩＧ男ＬＤＬ－ｃ／ＨＤＬ－ｃ比值与ＰＡＩＧ比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＣＡＩＧ、ＰＡＩＧ男女ＨＤＬ－ｃ、ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１～０．０５），ＬＤＬ－ｃ、ａｐｏＢ、ＬＤＬ－ｃ／ＨＤＬ－ｃ显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１～０．０５）。ＰＡＩＧ伴高血压者显著多于ＣＡＩＧ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文提示：血清ＨＤＬ－ｃ、ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ降低，ＬＤＬ－ｃ、ａｐｏＢ、ＬＤＬ－ｃ／ＨＤＬ－ｃ升高是ＣＡＩＧ、ＰＡＩＧ共同的危险因素；ＨＤＬ－ｃ、ＨＤＬ２－ｃ、ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ、ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ降低，ＴＧ、ＴＣ／ＨＤＬ－ｃ升高对?
This article reports the changes of serum lipoprotein, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) and apoB in 42 cases of cortical arterial infarction (CAI), 70 cases of penetrating arterial infarction (PAI) and the same age healthy control group . The results showed that the levels of TG, TC / HDL-c and LDL-c / HDL-c in CAIG were significantly higher than those in PAIG (P <0.05). The HDL-c, HDLe-c, The level of apoA-I / apoB was significantly lower than that of PAIG (P <0.001 ~ 0.05). The levels of TC, HDL3-a, LDL-c and apoB in CAIG men and women were not significantly different from those in PAIG (P> 0.05). The levels of HDL-c and apoA-I / apoB in CAIG and PAIG group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.001-0.05), and were significantly higher in LDL-c, apoB and LDL-c / HDL- <0.001 ~ 0.05). PAIG with hypertension were significantly more than CAIG (P <0.01). This paper suggests that elevated serum levels of HDL-c, apoA-I / apoB and elevated levels of LDL-c, apoB and LDL-c / HDL-c are common risk factors of CAIG and PAIG.
