随着市民学习需求的不断提升,为进一步促进“学在数字长宁”体系发展,促进数字化学习建设重心下移,提高街镇层面的发展水平,2013年上海市长宁区启动了“区街一体化”数字学习平台建设项目,即依托区级平台为各街镇建立数字化学习子平台。2013年11月7日,“学在数字长宁”网升级版“区街一体化”数字学习平台正式上线运行。统筹协调形成合力区层面在调研街镇建设需求的基础上协调子平台建设工作,专项经费落实到位,专业指导提供保障,有针对性地进行网站建设的硬件配备、软件研发、系统开发等,确保平台建设既符合社区数字化学习的实际需求,又具有一定的领先和超前性。完善功能彰显特色在区层面统筹街镇子平台建设的基础上,各子平台建设强调立足社区需求,彰显社区特色,成为社区终身学习的“门户”
