通过对部分高职院校、校企合作企业的调查,发现大多数高职教师科研能力较弱,难以胜任产学研协同创新工作任务,为提升教师科研能力和深化高职教学改革,政府和高职院校应出台鼓励提高高职教师科研能力和激发个人科研工作积极性的政策,彻底改变高职教师科研能力弱的局面。
Through the investigation of some vocational colleges and universities and enterprises, it is found that most of the higher vocational teachers are weak in scientific research capacity, which makes it difficult to be the task of collaborative innovation of production, education and research. In order to enhance the teachers’ scientific research ability and deepen the reform of higher vocational education, Vocational colleges should promulgate policies to encourage higher vocational teachers’ ability of scientific research and to stimulate the enthusiasm of individual scientific research so as to completely change the weak ability of higher vocational teachers in scientific research.
