采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚氧化丙烯二元醇(PPG)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,经预聚、扩链、乳化3个主要步骤,制取了芳香族的水性聚氨酯(WPU)皮革涂饰剂。通过对合成工艺的研究,确定了最佳的工艺条件。研究了水性聚氨酯乳液的外观和流变性的影响因素。通过DSC法研究了不同软段含量的聚氨酯材料,在微相分离程度的差异,表明提高软段比例,可以制备低温使用性能更加优异的耐寒的聚氨酯材料。
Toluene diisocyanate (TDI), poly (propylene oxide) glycol (PPG) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) were used as main raw materials to prepare the aromatic Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) leather finishing agent. Through the study of synthetic process, the best process conditions were determined. The influence factors of the appearance and rheology of aqueous polyurethane emulsion were studied. The difference of degree of micro-phase separation of polyurethane materials with different soft-segment contents was studied by DSC, which shows that the cold-resistant polyurethane material with better low-temperature serviceability can be prepared by increasing the soft segment ratio.
