目的:探讨在手术室器械处理中应用消毒供应室一体化管理所得到效果。方法:选择我院消毒供应室内手术室器械300件,将这些器械分为观察组与对照组,对照组中器械对其行常规管理,观察组中器械对其行一体化管理,观察两组所得到效果。结果:在管理一段时间之后,对两组器械消毒合格率进行观察,观察组中合格率可达到99.3%,对照组中合格率为90.0%;观察手术医生对两组器械满意率,观察组中满意率为99.0%,对照组中满意率为88.0%;观察两组器械使用过程中感染率,对照组中感染率为12.5%,观察组中感染率为2.5%,两组之间差异显著。结论:在手术室器械处理中应用一体化管理能够得到较理想效果,可使管理质量有效改善,能够使消毒合格率得到有效提高,能够有效提高医生使用满意率,并且能够使医院感染有效降低,应当进行推广应用。
