PU系制作水泥构件所用的一种新型脱模剂。它具有效率高,无腐蚀,无污染,易于操作,使用范围广,成本低等特点,是一种经济价值较高的脱模材料。一、主要性状及用途: PU脱模剂是以造纸废浆液为主要原料,辅以其他材料研制而成的膏状物。能与水混合均匀成乳状液。它不仅适用于木模,而且也适用于钢模、混凝土及塑料等模板。为今后水利建设和其他建筑业水泥制品开辟了一条新路。二、使用方法及注意事项: 1.使用前先用60°～70℃热水稀释到适宜浓度。在露天自然养护条件下,模剂与水混合的重量比为1:4～6;一般预制厂蒸养模板,重量比为1:2～4。
