目的:建立仙灵骨葆丸的质量标准。方法:薄层法鉴别补骨脂、丹参,RP-HPLC法测定淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量,采用Discovery C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25:75),检测波长270 nm。结果:鉴别:阴性对照均无干扰;淫羊藿苷含量0.202 2～8.088 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为97.7%(n=6),RSD为0.6%。结论:该方法简便,准确,可用于控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Xianling Gu Bao. Methods: The content of icariin in epimedium was determined by thin-layer method. The concentration of icariin in Epimedium was determined by TLC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- Water (25:75), detection wavelength 270 nm. RESULTS: The results showed that there was no interference in the negative control. The linearity of icariin content was 0.202 2 ~ 8.088 0 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 97.7% (n = 6) with a RSD of 0.6%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
