结核性脑膜炎(以下简称结脑)是一种常见的严重结核病。自从应用有效的抗结核药物治疗以来,本病的早期诊断及正确的治疗已成为决定预后的关键。本病在临床表现上类型较多,常常造成误诊。为了总结误诊原因,现将本刊收到的三篇来稿计24个病例综合分析如下。
Tuberculous meningitis (hereinafter referred to as brain) is a common form of severe tuberculosis. Since the application of effective anti-TB drug therapy, the early diagnosis of this disease and the correct treatment has become the key to determine the prognosis. The type of clinical manifestations of this disease are more often misdiagnosed. In order to summarize the causes of misdiagnosis, we now have a total of 24 cases analyzed in the three manuscripts we received.
