[目的]探讨肉豆蔻甲醇提取物对脂多糖诱导的小胶质细胞活化的影响.[方法]利用脂多糖制作神经炎症大鼠模型,应用免疫组织化学方法检测所制作的动物模型的脑病理变化.[结果]肉豆蔻甲醇提取物可下调脂多糖所诱导的小胶质细胞的活化,未引起星形胶质细胞的形态学改变.[结论]肉豆蔻甲醇提取物对小胶质细胞活化有抑制作用.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of methanol extract of Nutmeg on lipopolysaccharide-induced microglial activation. [Methods] The rat model of neuroinflammation was made by lipopolysaccharide. The pathological changes of the animal model were detected by immunohistochemistry [Result] Nutmeg methanol extract could down-regulate the activation of microglia induced by lipopolysaccharide and did not cause the morphological changes of astrocytes. [Conclusion] Nutmeg methanol extract can inhibit microglial activation Inhibition.
