2004年12月~2005年1月,我有幸担任上海三个区的历史学科高评委工作,先后听了近20节历史课,参与了近20次面试答辩,对中青年中学历史教师的“才、学、识、德”有了较全面的认识,也从某一侧面看到了部分青年历史教师专业发展的某种缺失,而这种缺失又会或多或少影响中学历史课堂教学的质量,乃至影响中学历史教育的魅力形象,令人感慨和深思。
From December 2004 to January 2005, I was honored to serve as a high-level jury of the history disciplines in three districts of Shanghai. I listened to nearly 20 history lessons and participated in nearly 20 interviews and defenses. “Studies, learning, knowledge, and morality” have a more comprehensive understanding, and from a certain aspect, they have seen some lack of professional development of some young history teachers, and this lack will in turn affect the quality of middle school history classroom teaching more or less. Even the charm image of high school history education is stimulating and thoughtful.
