自诱发电位用于临床以来,锥体外系疾病的神经电生理研究又有新的进展。国内已对Wilson病进行了脑诱发电位研究,而锥体外系其它疾病的诱发电位研究尚未见报道。作者对1988～1990年所见29例常见的几种锥体外系疾病的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)进行了研究,现报告如下。
Since the evoked potential for clinical use, there have been new advances in neurophysiological studies of extrapyramidal diseases. Domestic studies have been conducted on Wilson’s disease brain evoked potentials, and other extrapyramidal evoked potential studies have not been reported.
