近年在人才学的研究中,许多同志都较注意发掘科学史上荐才让贤、甘当人梯事迹的宣传,而对科学史上也较为普遍存在的人才相蔽相克现象却忽略不提,探讨不够。我们应该反思占世界人口四分之一的中华民族为什么不能贡献一个爱因斯坦。注重科学史上人才相蔽现象的研究,有利于科学精英的发现和培养,有利于科学工作者精神文明的建设,更有利于科学事业的健康蓬勃发展。一、科学人才相蔽的现象一部科学史就是人类不断把自己从愚昧和偏见、黑暗和迷信中解放出来的历史。这种解放人的精神、创造人类自由和幸福的科学本质,使科学研究成为造福人类、推动社会进步的人类共同的高尚事业,它冶炼了科学家提携后进、乐当人梯的道德情操。然而,科学研究又是复杂的创造性思维劳动,在一定程度上充满了个人的智力振荡,因此人才的相蔽相克也就不可避免。
