目的预防、控制、消除某智能化电镀表生产建设项目的职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法综合分析该项目现场职业卫生学调查情况、检测结果及职业健康监护结果,依据相关法律、法规、标准、技术规范进行评价。结果该项目产生的职业病危害因素主要为铅烟、二氧化锡、非稳态噪声及工频电场;铅烟时间加权平均(TWA)浓度检测范围是<0.004~0.007 mg/m3,二氧化锡TWA检测范围是0.3~0.4 mg/m3,非稳态噪声检测范围是71.1~80.1 dB(A),工频电场检测范围是0.47~1.42 V/m。职业健康检查未检出接触粉尘、噪声作业在岗期间目标疾病。结论该项目在实施过程中,能够采取相关职业病危害防护措施,各工种接触职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生接触限值的要求,达到了职业病危害控制效果。
Objective To prevent, control and eliminate the occupational hazards of a smart electroplating production and construction project and to protect the health of workers. Methods The occupational health survey, the test results and the occupational health monitoring results of the project were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated according to relevant laws, regulations, standards and technical specifications. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in this project were lead smoke, tin dioxide, unsteady noise and power frequency electric field. The detection range of time weighted average (TWA) of lead was <0.004-0.007 mg / m3, tin dioxide TWA The detection range is 0.3 ~ 0.4 mg / m3, the unsteady noise detection range is 71.1 ~ 80.1 dB (A) and the power frequency electric field detection range is 0.47 ~ 1.42 V / m. Occupational Health Check did not detect contact with dust, noise during the job target disease. Conclusions During the implementation of the project, relevant occupational hazards prevention measures can be taken. The concentration (intensity) of all occupational hazards exposed to the occupational diseases meet the requirements of the national occupational health exposure limit and achieve the effect of occupational disease hazard control.
