目的探讨绝经后妇女由于各种原因取出宫内节育器(IUD)困难的方法.方法用2%利多卡因3 ml及阿托品0.5 mg宫颈注射,2 min～3 min后行取环术.结果 36例均一次取环成功,成功率100%,术中反应轻微.结果该方法操作简单、安全、副作用小.
