保安服务公司是为社会提供专业化、有偿安全服务的特殊企业,这一特性决定了它不同于一般企业的经济组织和管理模式。在市场经济体制下,保安公司要依靠自身去开拓市场,深化保安服务市场,拓展业务,不断满足社会对保安服务的需求。作为保安公司的领导者,就应成为懂得管理、金融、科技和法律知识,善于根据市场变化作出科学决策的行家。本期刊登的几位保安经理,他们甘于奉献、以身作则,脚踏实地地开展工作,在保安服务的第一线作出了表率,赢得员工的一致称赞。他们正带领员工们努力开创“社会效益、经济效益”的新高。
Security service company is to provide society with specialized, paid security services, a special enterprise, this characteristic determines its different from the general business organization and management mode. Under the market economy system, security companies should rely on themselves to open up markets, deepen their security service markets, expand their businesses and continuously meet the social demands for security services. As a security company’s leader, it should become an expert in management, finance, technology and law, and be good at making scientific decisions based on market changes.
